Members of the North DeKalb Republican Women participated again this year in the Veteran's Day Parade in Downtown Atlanta. It was a beautiful sunny day for a parade and there were many people lining the streets and cheering for our Veterans, Joe Burton and Zeola Bart-Addison. The parade Grand Marshal was Lt. General Russell L. Honore, Commanding General, First Army, Fort Gillem, Georgia. NDRW had two convertibles in the parade thanks to Bea Affleck and Carl Franklin. NDRW salutes all the Veterans for their military service and their contributions to freedom in this great nation and throughout the world.
